摘要
文章对图情领域有关用户研究的文献进行了分析,给出了面向使用的用户研究热点内容及主流研究方法,引入分面分类的思想深入剖析用户研究主要方法,并给出了建议。
This paper analyzes the literature on user research in library and information sciences, and summarizes the a useroriented research focus content and mainstream research methods, introduces the think of the faceted classification, deeply analyzes the main methods of user research, and gives responsible recommendations.
