摘要
廉租房法律政策既是我国的住房保障制度,同时也是我国房地产宏观调控政策,其价值主要在于实现社会公平。目前,我国廉租房法律政策还存在一些缺陷,诸如现有法律政策落实不到位、缺乏监督机制,也没有形成健全的廉租房法律体系。为此,必须通过针对性措施来完善我国廉租房法律政策,发挥其对房地产市场应有的宏观调控作用,以最大限度地促进我国房地产市场的健康发展。
low-rent housing policy is not only China's housing security system, but also one of the macro-control policies of the real estate. Its value mainly lies in the realization of social equity. At present, China's low-rent housing policy has some defects: the current law policy is not put into practice. It is lack of supervision mechanism, and it has not formd a sound legal system of low-rent housing. Therefore, we must perfect the low-rent housing laws and policies by specific measures, play a role of macro-control in the real estate market to maximize the healthy development of our country's real estate market.
