摘要
农村合作组织与体系机制创新是新农村建设的必由之路。于2006年整合农村信用合作社、农村供销合作社、农村专业合作社于一体成立的温州市瑞安农协,是全国首家县（市）级的＂三位一体＂农协机构。这一举措具有突破意义和深远影响,后被称之为农村合作组织体系创新的温州模式,国内外政界、学界对此模式高度关注。＂‘三位一体’农协机制构建研究＂列为2011年国家社会科学基金重点项目（11AJY007）。本期笔谈由温州大学国民经济研究所协办,胡振华教授主持。本刊特编发七博士笔谈文稿,以飨读者,并期待更多的专家、学者与业界人士参与笔谈。
The rural cooperative organization and the system innovation is the only way of building the new rural area.Established in 2006 after the integration of the rural credit cooperatives,the rural supply and marketing cooperatives and the rural professional cooperatives,Wenzhou Ruian Agricultural Association,the first national ＂three cooperatives＂agricultural association of county（city） level is a breakthrough and has a great impact.It is regarded as Wenzhou model of the system innovation of rural cooperatives and has aroused great interest in the national and international political and academic circles.＂Research on Agricultural Association System of ‘Three Cooperatives’＂is the key project of 2011 National Social Science Foundation（11AJY007）.Organized by National Economic Research Institute of Wenzhou University,this forum is hosted by Professor HU Zhenhua.We present here the talk issued by seven doctors to entertain readers and we hope more experts,academics and relevant scholars will participate in the forum.
