摘要
目的探讨护理干预对心胸外科手术患者康复的临床价值。方法对96例心胸外科手术患者按住院先后顺序分成观察组和对照组,各48例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采取健康教育、呼吸功能训练及术后康复指导,比较分析两组患者术后肺功能情况、拔管时间、呼吸系统并发症发生率及术后出院时间。结果观察组患者术后呼吸情况明显优于对照组患者:呼吸频率降低,血氧饱和度升高,最大通气量、时间通气量及第1秒用力呼气容积明显提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼吸系统并发症发生率(4.17%)明显低于对照组(27.08%)(P<0.01);术后拔管及住院时间观察组分别是(4.52±2.20)d、(10.54±3.52)d,而对照组分别为(5.63±2.60)d、(13.20±3.81)d,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预可以改善心胸外科术后患者肺功能情况,减少术后并发症的发生,并能提高治疗效果及患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention on the recovery of the patients with thoracic surgeries.Methods 96 cases of patients with thoracic surgeries were divided into trial group and control group by the order in hospital,each of 48 cases,patients were taken conventional care,the observation group on the base of in routine care were given education,respiratory function to take health training and postoperative rehabilitation guidance.Two groups of patients with lung function,drawing tube time,respiratory complications and postoperative hospital discharge time were compared and analyzed.Results The postoperative observation group was better than control breathing patients： the frequency of breathing reduced,blood oxygen saturation increased,the air,jpmorgan chase and a second time ventilation forced expiratory volume increased significantly,and the difference of the observation group compared with trial group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the respiratory complications of observation group（4.17%） were obviously lower than control group（27.08%）（P〈0.01）;postoperative drawing tube and the length of time of the observation group days were（4.52±2.20） d,（10.54±3.52） d,and the control group were（5.63±2.60） d,（13.20±3.81） d,two groups of comparisons had significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the pulmonary function of patients with thoracic surgery,reduce postoperative complications,and can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of the patients.
