摘要
To inquire into the relationships between liver and diabetes from physiology and pathology of liver、pathogenic factor and pathogenesis of diabetes, and the authors pointed out that the liver is in charge of dispersing and dischanging 、managing gasifying 、remaining the metabolic behaviour;stagnation of the liver-qi、exuberant of the liver-fire、blood deficiency of the liver-ying、deficiency of the liver-qi all can induce viscera gasifing disorder, deficiency of yin、blood、spermian , the dryness-heat come into being in the interior,thus,lead to diabets. If diabets resulting from incoodination of liver, it should treat liver in first,and take relieving the liver as a basic principle; If illness of diabetes deficiency type, should be treated by tonifying method, and exuberanting and reliving liver-qi; And excess type, should be treated with the method of purgation and reduction, relieving its rash action in order to recover its regulating function .
