摘要 为解决现有红枣去核机器中普遍存在的枣核残留、冲偏和冲烂等问题,进一步提高产品的质量和成品率,文中分析了现有机器定位对准方式,指出了产生上述不足的原因是由于没有考虑红枣大小不同引起枣核与去核刀具相对位置的变化。为此,设计了一种对准机构并对机构的原理进行了说明,推导了机构运动规律的函数关系,计算了机构对准误差的变化规律。最后通过计算指出调整螺钉的长度是影响对准误差的主要因素,并确定了螺钉调整长度的设置方法。 In order to eliminate the defects as kernel residual, deviation punching, dilapidation crash and etc. that commonly exist with the jujube kernel removing machine as well as further improve the quality and ratio of the finished jujube product, the positioning and aligning methods of the existing machines has been analyzed in this paper, pointing out the reason for above shortcomings is that relative position variation between the kernel and its removing cutter is not taken into consideration. Therefore, a novel alignment mech- anism is proposed and its principle is explained in this paper. The function relationship of the movement rule for the mechanism was derived, and the alignment error of this mechanism is also calculat- ed. Finally, it was found by calculation that the length of adjust- ment screw is main factor affecting the alignment errors and the method for setting the length of adjustment screw was determined.
