摘要
鉴于API标准S135钢级Ф88.9和Ф101 mm钻杆均不能适应以深井、大位移井为主的苏里格气田的施工要求,推广应用了非标钻具进行施工。推广措施包括非标螺纹钻具设计和配套工具的改进。钻杆接头选用双台肩非API标准螺纹ST39,锥度为1∶12。将吊卡台肩上部开口直径改为127 mm,高度不变。方钻杆采用107.95 mm非标四方钻杆。现场应用结果表明,研制的Ф101mm非标钻具及配套工具管体和接头的抗拉、抗扭强度较API标准螺纹更加合理,更加符合长水平段水平井钻井施工要求。
The API standard S135 steel grade Ф88.9 mm and Ф101 mm drill pipes are not suitable for the re- quirement of drilling operation in Sulige Gasfield, which has many deep wells and extended reach wells. Therefore, the non-API drill pipe was applied in this gasfield by means of designing non-API threaded drilling tool and improving matching tools. The non-API thread ST39 with double shoulders was selected as the tool joint with the taper being 1: 12. The upper opening diameter of the elevator shoulder was modified as 127 mm with the height remaining unchanged. The non-API 107.95 mm square kelly was adopted as the kelly. The field application shows that the ten- sile and torsional strength of the pipe body and joint of the non-API 0101 mm drill pipe and the matching tools are more reasonable than API standard thread and more suitable for drilling long horizontal wellbore.
