摘要
大学生的可雇佣性是指大学生成功就业与可持续就业的能力品质。可雇佣性只有融入课程,才有可能转化为大学生的实际能力。参考瓦伦、约克和奈特的可雇佣性融入课程的设计方法,结合我国大学课程设计现实,提出三个层面的课程设计方式,分别是:以可雇佣性为导向的课程体系设计、可雇佣性技能嵌入核心课程、基于可雇佣性教学的课程实施方案设计。运用这些设计方式,需要特别注意三点:一是所设计的课程体系、核心课程与教学方案尽可能保持一致性,二是充分考虑专业属性与市场需求,三是提防课程设计"学生工作化"。
The employability of undergraduate students is the quality of successful and sustainable employment. If only employability integrated into the curriculum, it is possible to translate it into actual ability. Referring to Warren, York & Knight' s design method of integrating employability into curriculum, combining with the reality of China's university curriculum design, propose three levels of courses design methods, namely: employability - oriented curriculum system design, employability skills embedded into the core curriculum, implementation of the instruction program design based on employability teaching. Using these design methods, you should pay particular attention to three points: First, maintain consistency among the design of the curriculum, core curriculum and instruction programs as far as possible, second, give full consideration to the professional attributes and market demand, third, be aware of the curriculum design of "student work - oriented".
