摘要
目的:对苏木的种子进行化学成分研究。方法:采用各种柱层析方法, 从苏木种子分离得到化合物, 并通过波谱方法确定其化学结构。此外, 运用 MTT 分析法测定了这些化合物对 SF-268,MCF-7 和 HepG2 细胞株的细胞毒活性。结果:从苏木种子中分离鉴定了 4 个卡山烷型二萜, 分别为 phanginin L (1), phanginin M (2), phanginin I (3), phanginin G (4)。结论:Phanginin L (1) and phanginin M (2)为新化合物。化合物 1 对 HepG2 细胞株有中等抑制活性, 其 IC50 为 9.13 μg·mL-1。
AIM:To study the chemical components of the seeds of Caesalpinia sappan.METHODS:Compounds were isolatedand purified by column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods.In addition,the cytotoxicactivity of these compounds were evaluated using SF-268,MCF-7 and HepG2 cell lines by the MTT assay.RESULTS:Fourcassane diterpenoids were obtained and their structures were identified as phanginin L(1),phanginin M(2),phanginin I(3),phangininG(4).CONCLUSION:Phanginin L(1) and phanginin M(2) are new cassane diterpenoids.Compound 1 showed moderate cytotoxicityagainst HepG2 cell line with IC50 of 9.13 μg·mL-1.
