摘要
研究日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对蛋种鸡小肠肠道长度、pH及盲肠微生物的影响,试验选用1日龄海兰褐蛋种鸡320只,随机分为4个组,进行16周的试验。试验组日粮是在对照组日粮基础上分别添加50、100、200g/t的复合微生态制剂组成。试验结果表明:①与对照组相比,21日龄时,添加复合微生态制剂组显著降低了蛋种鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠的相对长度(P<0.05);42日龄时,试验2组的回肠相对长度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);112日龄时,试验1组空肠和回肠的相对长度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验3组十二指肠的相对长度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。②试验1、2组蛋种鸡21日龄空肠和回肠的pH显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验3组蛋种鸡21、42、112日龄十二指肠、42日龄空肠的pH也显著降低(P<0.05)。③添加复合微生态制剂可显著提高蛋种鸡21日龄盲肠乳酸菌的数量(P<0.05),其中试验2组乳酸菌的数量最多,与对照组相比,提高了11.76%,其次是试验3组和试验1组;添加复合微生态制剂对于42和112日龄蛋种鸡的盲肠微生物无显著影响。结果提示,日粮中添加复合微生态制剂能缩短蛋种鸡小肠肠道相对长度,同时降低肠道pH并能改善肠道菌群,对雏鸡的健康生长有促进作用。本试验中添加100g/t的复合微生态制剂为适宜添加量。
This study was designed to investigate effects of supplementation of composite probiotics on the length of intes- tine, pH value and microflora in the cecal of Layer BTeeders. A total of 320 one-day-old Hy-Line brown parents were randomly divided into four groups,each group was assigned 4 replications and 20 layers per replication. Control group feeding basal diet,test 1, 2, 3 groups in the basal diet were added 50, 100, 200 g/t of composite probiotics. The results showed that..(1) Corn pared with the control group, on 21 days of age, duodenum, jejunum, ileum relative length was significantly lower in add com- pound probiotics group breeder (P〈0.05); 42 days of age, test 2 group significantly reduced the relative length of the ileum (P〈0.05) ; 112 days of age, the relative tength of the jejunum and ileum compared with the control group was significantly shorter in test 1 group (P〈0.05), test 3 group relative length of the duodenum was significantly shorter (P〈0.05). (2) Test i, 2 group, on 21 day-old, jejunum and ileum of the pH value was significantly lower than the control group (P%0.05), test 3 group PH value of the duodenum on 21,42,112-day-old and the jejunum on 42 day-old was significantly lower (P〈0.05). Adding compound probiotics could significantly increased the number of cecal lactic acid bacteria in 21-day-old breeders, (P〈0.05) ,which test 2 group was the largest number of lactic acid bacteria, compared with the control group, increased 11.76 %, followed by the test 1, 3 groups; adding probiotics for 42 days and l l2-day-old chicken of the cecal microbial were no significant effect. The results indicated that, feed composite probiotics could reduce the relative length of small intestine, re- duce the intestinal pH value and can improve the intestinal flora so that to promote healthy growth of the layer breeders. In this experiment to add 100 g/t of composite probiotics is preparation for appropriate amount added.
