摘要
目的探讨剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠(CSP)患者的观察和护理方法。方法对2006年6月～2011年6月本院收治的14例CSP患者,进行针对性的护理,回顾性总结护理经验。结果 14例患者经保守性手术治疗、药物治疗及精心护理,均保留了生育功能,成功治愈出院。结论加强病情观察,精心做好清宫术及药物保守治疗的相关护理,可减少CSP患者子宫切除率,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the observation and nursing method in patients with cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）.Methods Fourteen patients with CSP who were treated in our hospital from June 2006 to June 2011 were given a certain nursing intervention.All the cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of 14 patients preserved reproductive function and were successfully cured after conservative surgery,medical treatment and careful nursing.Conclusion Strengthen the observation of patients＇ condition,and doing related nursing of complete curettage of uterine cavity and conservative treatment with drugs can reduce uterine excision rate of CSP and improve the quality of life.
