摘要
文中介绍了ANSYS软件进行耦合场分析的两种方法,通过比较采用了载荷传递耦合法对ITER杜瓦进行了电磁-结构的耦合分析。先是应用ANSYS进行了杜瓦电磁分析,获得了等离子体线性36ms破裂情况下的涡流及电磁力的变化趋势;然后将获得的电磁载荷耦合到结构分析中,获得了结构的应力和应变。分析的结果表明现有的设计符合设计要求。
This paper described two coupling analysis ways of ANSYS software. By comparison, the load transfer method was chosen for the electromagnetic - structural coupling analysis of ITER cryostat. By using ANSYS for electromagnetic analysis, the changing trend of current and magnetic force were obtained under the condition of plasma liner 36ms disruption; Then, the acquired electromagnetic load was loaded into the structural analysis ; At last, the stress and stain of cryostat were obtained. The analysis result indicates that recent design of cryostat meets the design requirements.
