摘要
调研我院医护人员对临床药学服务工作的认知情况,为有效开展临床药学工作提供方向。对我院239份医护人员调查问卷进行最终学历、专业职称、工作年限、对临床药学的认知情况等综合分析。调查人群对临床药学服务内容的认识不够清晰;医护人员对临床药师的要求较高,在药品使用方面对临床药学服务有较大的需求;临床药学工作人员不断提高其专业水平,并加强与医护人员的配合与协作,有助于临床药学工作的深入开展。
To investigate the cognition on clinical pharmaceutical service and provide guidance for exploring the pharmacists in our hospital.A total of 239 questionnaires collected from the doctors and nurses were subjected to an aggregate analysis in terms of their ultimate educational background,professional title,working lifetime,cognition on clinical pharmaceutical service etc.There was a blurred recognition of knowledge about clinical pharmaceutical service.Higher demands from patients and nurses who desired to know diversified drug information were made on pharmacists.Pharmacists should keep improving their expertise level and strengthen cooperation with medical staff so as to facilitate the development of clinical pharmaceutical service.
