摘要
目的分析血清前白蛋白(PA)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测,在小儿感染性疾病诊断中的应用。方法选择医院2010年6月-2011年6月46例感染患儿为观察组,同期随机抽取50例正常体检儿童为对照组,将两组的血清前白蛋白和C-反应蛋白指标进行对比,观察小儿感染前、后血清前白蛋白和C-反应蛋白的变化。结果观察组PA为(101.58±12.32)mg/L,CRP为(70.63±10.28)mg/L;对照组PA为(160.33±22.41)mg/L,CRP为(4.67±0.9)mg/L;观察组PA值较对照组明显降低,CRP较对照组明显升高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);46例感染患儿治疗一周后,PA显著升高,达(157.82±21.53)mg/L,CRP大幅度降低,为(4.88±1.27)mg/L;治疗前、后PA和CRP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清前白蛋白和C-反应蛋白检测,对小儿感染性疾病临床诊断具有较高的敏感性,有助于感染性疾病的早期诊断,动态检测对感染程度及治疗效果判断有一定的价值。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the application of serum prealbumin and C-reactive protein in clinical diagnosis of infectious diseases in children.METHODS From Jun 2010 to Jun 2011,the serum prealbumin and C-reactive protein indexes for 46 children with infections（study group） were compared with 50 healthy children undergoing normal physical examination（control group）,the variants of serum prealbumin and C-reactive protein were observed.RESULTS The PA was（101.58±12.32） mg/L and CRP was（70.63±10.28） mg/L in the study group;the PA was（160.33 ±22.41） mg/L and CRP was（4.67±0.9） mg/L in the control group;PA value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,CRP value was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the PA of 46 children with infections rose significantly,up to（157.82±21.53） mg/L;CRP significantly decreased to（4.88±1.27） mg/L.The differences in PA and CRP before and after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION There is high sensitivity for serum pre-albumin and C-reactive protein in clinical diagnosis of infectious diseases in the children,which is conducive to the diagnosis of infectious diseases in the early stage;dynamic monitoring has a certain value in the assessment of the infections and treatment effect.
