摘要
通过对Cymbal换能器压电陶瓷片受力分析,给出了其压电方程的边界受力约束条件,建立了Cymbal型压电换能器电压-位移函数关系模型。模型计算结果与试验结果吻合。并利用该模型,给出了Cymbal换能器几个关键参数对等效压电常数de33的影响规律。这些结论对Cymbal换能器的敏感参数误差控制、大批量生产工艺优化、性能指标一致性控制等方面具有指导意义。
Voltage-Displacement Performance(VDP)is one of the most important characteristics of Cymbal when it is used as actor. Based on analyzing the piezoelectric ceramic sheet stress of Cymbal transducer, the piezoelectric equations with boundary stress conditions are given. And a VDP function of cymbal transducers is established. It is validated that the calculation results by the VDP function agree with the results by experiments. Through analyzing the VDP function,some curves of the relationship between the parameters of cymbal transducer and equivalent piezoelectric constant d33 are given. These curves are useful to control cymbal transducer errors, batch process, and performance consistency.
