摘要
对武汉市新洲区发展都市农业的现状和存在的主要问题进行了概述,并对今后发展都市农业提出了6点建议,分别为:以规模化重组为依托,推进农业结构优化升级;以产业化运作为抓手,提升农业产业化水平;以夯实基础建设为支撑,加大农村水利设施建设力度;以改革创新为动力,创新农业经营管理体制机制;以加强社会服务为载体,加强农村公共服务体系建设;以政策支持为后盾,用好党的各项惠农政策。
In this paper,the status and the main problems of development of urban agriculture in the Xinzhou District of Wuhan City were summarized,countermeasures in the future development of urban agriculture were summed up： rely on large-scale restructuring,promote the optimization and upgrading of the agricultural structure;set industrial operation as the starting point to enhance the level of agricultural industrialization;consolidate infrastructure to support rural water conservancy facilities;reform and innovation as the driving force and innovate agricultural operation and manage institutional mechanisms;strengthen the social services,strengthen the public service system in rural areas;base on policy support,fully utilize agricultural policies of the party.
