摘要
目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对21例真菌性鼻窦炎患者采取鼻内镜手术治疗,随访2个月～3年,观察疗效。结果手术后患者真菌性鼻窦炎临床表现消失,窦腔内无异常分泌物,窦口引流通畅。结论鼻内镜下治疗真菌性鼻窦炎方法确实可靠、不易复发。
Objective To observe the endoscopic surgical treatment of fungal sinusitis postoperative results.Methods 21 cases of fungal sinusitis patients to endoscopic treatment,follow-up 2 months to 3 years,to observe the effect.Results In patients after surgery clinical manifestations of fungal sinusitis disappeared,to restore sinus ventilation,no abnormal secretions within the sinus,sinus drainage open.Conclusion Endoscopic methods of treatment of fungal sinusitis thorough,reliable,easy to relapse.
