摘要
目的:进一步探讨小儿手足口病的护理措施,促进患儿的早日康复。方法:对收治的120例手足口病患儿,针对患儿的临床特点制定相应的护理措施。结果:120例患儿经临床严格隔离、对症治疗及护理,取得满意效果,均无后遗症发生,痊愈出院。结论:儿科护士掌握手足口病发生发展的规律,提供系统全面的护理,可有效地预防手足口病并发症发生,提高治愈率。
Purpose： Further investigating the nursing interventions of children with hand foot and mouth disease to promote the speedy recovery of the children and restore their health.Methods： corresponding and appropriate nursing interventions for clinical features of received 120 cases of HFMD children have been made.Results： The results indicated that these 120 children made a quick recovery without sequelae under strict clinical filtration,treatment and nursing. A satisfactory effect was obtained.Conclusion： As a result,it could prevent the happening of hand foot and mouth disease and its intercurrent disease by understanding the law of arise and development of foot and mouth disease,providing comprehensive nursing service system.It also could improve the cure rate.
