摘要
目的观察心理护理对小儿肾穿刺术配合程度和成功率的影响。方法 70例肾穿刺术的患儿分为对照组和实验组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组除常规护理外还给予心理护理,观察患儿在肾穿刺术中的合作程度及肾穿刺的针刺数。结果实验组患儿Ⅰ~Ⅱ级33例,对照组仅22例,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿一针成功24例(68.57%),远高于对照组的14例(40.0%,P<0.05)。结论在患儿行肾穿刺术中配合实施心理护理,可明显提高患儿对肾穿刺术的配合度和成功率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the action of mental nursing in renipuncture of child. Methods 70 cases of reni-puncture were divided into observation group (35) and control group (35). The control group received traditional nursing care,while the observation group received mental nursing care. Cooperation of child in renipuncture and the number of puncture were observed. Results Cases of Ⅰ-Ⅱ in observation group was 33, while the control group only 22, the difference was statistically signigicant(P〈0. 05), In the 35 patients of observation group, 24 cases were punctured suc- cessly only once, while the control group only 14, the difference was statistically signigicant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The psychological nursing care for child in renipuncture process can improve the efficiency and success rate, it is worth promo-ting.
