摘要
采用模态试验和有限元分析相结合的方法,分析了传统大激励激振器在工作频率范围内的频响曲线出现较大的谷峰的原因。介绍了一种新型的单骨架双线圈结构的激振器,并对其性能进行了实验分析,结果表明,采用新型结构的激振器不仅有效地解决了传统大激励激振器的缺陷,而且保持了传统结构的优点,并减小了激振器对被测试件附加质量的影响。
The reasons for steep troughs and peaks in frequency curve produced by traditional shaker are analyzed based on model testing and finite element analysis. A new shaker of single-skeleton, dualcoil style is introduced and performance is studied through experiments. The findings reveal that new shaker not only eliminates defects of traditional shaker, but retains all advantages. At same time it minimizes additional mass effect on evaluated obiect.
