摘要
运用大型非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS对φ600 mm缸径立柱在2种实验工况1.5倍额定载荷加载和1.2倍额定载荷中心偏载进行有限元分析,查看其应力分布情况,找出薄弱环节,调节各部位的安全系数,优化结构设计。
Here,used the nonlinear element analysis software ABAQUS, simulated the Ф600 diameter legs by two case, 1.5 times rated center press and 1.2 times rated eccentricity press. By the stress distribution,found out the unsubstantial region, adjusted the safety factor and optimized structure design.
