摘要
某现浇框架楼由于用途改变导致结构荷载增加,致使原框架柱、梁、板、基础承载力均不满足要求。根据结构安全性鉴定结果,选择加固方案,进行加固设计。最终采用了加大截面法进行结构整体加固处理。该建筑经过加固处理后,经检测验收,各项指标均可满足设计要求,加固效果良好。
Because of change of the usage for a frame structure,the structural loads increase seriously and the original frame columns,beams,floors and foundation could no longer satisfy the requirement of load-bearing capacity.According to the appraisal results for structure safety,strengthening scheme is selected,and then strengthening design is done.The enlarging section strengthening method is adopted for the overall reinforcement of structure.After reinforcement treatment and construction acceptance,the every index all satisfies design requirement,strengthening effect is good.
