摘要
为缩短产品生命周期、降低企业制造成本,通过分析生物系统与产品系统的相似性,对生物个体与机械产品进行了类比,把产品基因引入到产品演化的过程中,提出了产品基因的演化模型,分析环境参数对产品演化的影响,提出了产品演化的选择法则并进行了实例应用。研究结果为企业有效建立起产品对市场的适应机制,快速准确地把握住产品的演化方向,提供了理论依据和实施方法。
For shortening the product life cycle and reducing enterprise manufacturing cost, it analyzes biologi-cal systems and products system of the comparability, compares the individual organisms and mechanical prod- ucts of analogy, applies the product to product genes into the process of evolution, puts forward the productsof genes evolution model, establishes the environment parameters on product the influence of evolution, illus- trates the evolution law of the product selection and the example applications. The results are good for prod- ucts competition mechanism, and provide the theory basis and the implementation method.
