摘要
目的建立莫达非尼分散片的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Platisil ODS(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈-水(4∶6);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:225 nm;进样量:10μl;柱温:25℃。结果莫达非尼进样量在1.001～8.008μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.37%,RSD=0.42%(n=9)。结论该法操作简便、结果可靠,可用于莫达非尼分散片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a mehod for the content determination of Modafinil dispersible tablets.Methods HPLC method was adopted.Platisil ODS（5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm） column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（4∶6） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm and the injection volume was 10μl under the column temperature at 25 ℃.Results The linear range of Modafinil was 1.001~8.008 μg（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 100.37%（RSD=0.42%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for quality control of Modafinil dispersible tablets.
