摘要
企业改制后,工会工作普遍存在着不同程度的弱化和新的问题。为更好发挥工会组织的作用,要正确认识和处理"改"与"不改"的辩证关系,提出改制企业工会工作的基本思路和对策,探索新的工作方式和方法,全面履行工会的基本职责,有力维护职工的合法权益,支持企业的发展。
After the enterprise reform and restructuring,trade union work has been undermined generally.In order to give full play to trade union's role in reformed enterprises,a correct understanding of the dialectical relationship between "reform" and "not reform" is essential.The paper puts forwards some basic ideas and countermeasures of trade union work in the reformed enterprises.
