摘要
对常用的4种抗高血压药厄贝沙坦、依那普利、美托洛尔控释、氨氯地平进行成本-效果分析。方法:选择2009年1月—2011年1月我院门诊高血压患者320例为研究对象,并按随机抽样原则分为4组,分别服用4种抗高血压药,疗程12周,根据疗效进行成本-效果分析。结果:厄贝沙坦、依那普利、氨氯地平组疗效优于美托洛尔组(P<0.05);成本-效果分析,费用效果比最优为厄贝沙坦组。结论:药物经济学在为高血压患者合理选药、为患者提高依从性和控制达标率、显著改善患者的生存质量、有效降低疾病负担等方面具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE： To conduct cost-effectiveness analysis for four commonly used antihypertensive drugs（Irbesartan,Enalapril,Metoprolol controlled release tablet,Amlodipine）.METHODS： 320 patients with primary hypertension in our hospital enrolled between January 2009 and January 2011 were assigned to receive one of the four antihypertensive drugs-Irbesartan,Enalapril,Metoprolol controlled release tablet or Amlodipine for 12 weeks.Based on the curative efficacy,a cost-effectiveness analysis was performed.RESULTS： Irbesartan,Enalapril and Amlodipine were superior to Metoprolol controlled release tablet（P0.05）.In terms of cost-effectiveness,Irbesartan was the best one among the 4 drugs.CONCLUSION： Pharmacoeconomics is of great importance for hypertensive patients in rational choice of drugs,and it can help increase patients＇ compliance and target-meeting rate of patients remarkably improve patients qualify of life and effectively reduce patients＇ burden of disease.
