摘要
教师在长期教学交往实践中,逐渐形成各自不同的交往风格。而学生的学习效果与教师教学交往风格有着极大的关系。实验结果表明,学生对风趣幽默型的教师及运用这种风格进行教学的喜欢程度最高;从课堂教学效果上看,严谨逻辑型优于权威型,风趣幽默型优于严谨逻辑型。但教学交往风格具有多样性,教师应根据不同情况,培养和运用不同的教学交往风格以提高教学交往的有效性。
Different communicating Styles will form little by little during the different teachers' long period of teaching. And the student's learning effect is connected tightly with the communicating style of teaching. As a result of experiments the students like the humorous teachers and their teaching of humorous style best; the strictly logical style is better than the authoritative style, and the humorous style is better than the strictly logical one in the aspect of classroom teaching effect. There are all kinds of teaching communicating styles. And the teacher should develope and use different styles according to different conditions to improve the effect of teaching communication.
