摘要
目的研究手术室医疗护理存在的缺陷及产生原因分析,并制定安全管理策略。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年12月发生的68例医疗护理缺陷的情况,采用数据统计软件分别对护理人员的年龄、岗位、职称、工作年限、手术时间进行分析。结果医疗护理缺陷与护理人员的工作年限、职称和手术时间有密切关系(P<0.05),当护理人员的工作年限在1～3a、护士和护师、长时间的手术或晚上的手术都比较容易产生医疗护理缺陷。结论制定切实可行的安全管理制度,规范工作流程,加强监管,提高业务水平,明确岗位职责,改善手术护理质量,使手术病人早日康复。
Objective To study the operation room nursing defects and analysis of causes, and the development of safety management strategy. Methods A retrospective analysis from 2009 January to 2011 December, 68 cases occurred in our hospital medical care defect, using statistical software respectively for the nursing staff, job title, age, working years, operation time for analysis. Results The medical nursing defects and nursing staff’s working life, the title and the operation time is closely related （P〈0.05）, when the paramedics working years in the 1-3 years, nurses and nurse, long time of operation or night operation are relatively easy to produce medical nursing defects. Conclusion To develop practical safety management system, standardize the work flow, strengthening supervision, improve the level of business, clear job responsibilities, improve the operation quality of care, so that the operation patients early rehabilitation.
