摘要 目的:探讨第四代喉罩在老年患者麻醉中的安全性、可行性和有效性。方法:选取我院近2年来的老年手术患者26例,年龄在64-78岁之间,随机分为两组,即喉罩组(A组)和气管插管组(B组),在全麻诱导下插入器具,比较两组的一次插入成功率,术中、术后的不良反应。结果:A组一次插入成功率明显高出B组,术中、术后不良反应率明显低于B组。结论:第四代喉罩操作简便,一次插入成功率高,插入时间短,术中、术后不良反应少,是目前老年患者麻醉中气道管理安全性、可行性和有效性最理想的器具。 Objective:To explore the fourth generation of the laryngeal mask in elderly patients in anesthesia of the safety,feasibility and effectiveness.Methods:In our hospital in recent two years older operation 26 patients,aged 64 to 78 years old,were randomly divided into two groups,namely the LMA group(group A) and intubation group(group B),in general anesthesia induced insertion apparatus,compared with two groups of an insertion success rate,postoperative in,postoperative adverse reaction.Results: In A group a insertion success rate was significantly higher in B group,intraoperative,postoperative adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that in B group.Conclusion:The fourth generation of the laryngeal mask has the advantages of simple operation,high success rate of an insert,insert a short time,postoperative,fewer adverse reactions,is currently the geriatric anesthesia in airway management safety,feasibility and effectiveness of the most ideal apparatus.
