摘要
笔者以企业人力资源价值评价及应用为研究对象,给出了人力资源价值评价的层次模型,并计算出该模型各个指标因素的判断矩阵相关参数.在此基础上应用人工神经网络模型进行人员的等级评价,并进行了预测仿真,取得良好结果.
In this paper, we study the evaluation and application of human resource value, and put forward an AHP model, then calculate the correlation parameters of every element's judging matrix. On that basis, we apply the BP neutral networks to carry out a rank evaluation. It proved to be effective to use the network to simulate the evaluation of human resource. Finally, we bring forth a mathematic model to evaluate the human resource value.
