摘要
本试验以净光合速率(Pn)为目标函数,通过建立Pn与光照、温度、CO2的函数模型,导出东方百合‘Siberia’在不同CO2浓度下生长所需的最佳温度和最佳光合有效辐射。结果表明,不同CO2浓度下东方百合‘Siberia’光合作用模型均达到了极显著水平(R2值均在0.9左右),利用该模型推测的出东方百合‘Siberia’在不同CO2浓度下的光合作用最佳温度和最佳光合有效辐射无显著差异,且光合作用最佳温度均在22℃左右,最佳光有效辐射均在1452μmol.m-2.s-1左右。
The model of light temperature CO2 and Pn was established by taking net photosynthetic rate as objective function to speculate the optimum temperature and the active radiation of photosynthesis of Oriental lily 'Siberia'.The results showed that the regression model had much higher precision and less errors(R2=0.9)and the predicted result was accorded with the experiment data basically.Oriental Lily 'Siberia' of photosynthesis under different CO2 concentrations in the optimal temperature and optimal photosynthetic active radiation was no significant difference in photosynthesis,the optimum temperature of photosynthesi for Oriental lily 'Siberia' was approximately 22 ℃,and the optimum photosynthetically active radiation of photosynthesis for Oriental lily 'Siberia' was approximately 1452 μmolm-2s-1.
