COPD住院患者迷你营养评估的应用价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的采用迷你营养评估(MNA)法调查COPD住院患者的营养状况,评价MNA与传统的身体组成评估法(BCA)评估COPD住院患者营养状况的一致性。方法抽取能够有效配合完成MNA的COPD住院患者96例,分别进行MNA评估和身体组成评估法进行评估,比较两种方法评估营养不良的价值。结果 BCA与MNA判断住院COPD患者营养状况一致性检验的kappa值为0.854。结论 MNA评价住院COPD患者营养状况简单实用,与BCA的一致性较好。
