摘要
目的 研究整合蛋白α5、β1亚基在胃癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌中的表达与癌细胞的分化程度、侵袭转移等生物学行为的关系 ,以及 4种癌症中整合蛋白α5和 β1亚基表达的相互关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 2 0例胃癌 ,2 1例结直肠癌 ,2 0例宫颈癌 ,2 0例乳腺癌石蜡标本整合蛋白α5、β1亚基的表达水平。结果 整合蛋白α5和 β1亚基在 4种癌症中的表达水平相近 ,癌旁组织较癌组织的表达水平高 ,高中分化癌比低分化癌表达水平高。但也有差异 ,结直肠癌中α5和 β1亚基表达明显高于其它 3种癌组织 ,α5、β1亚基在同种癌症中表达也有差异 ,β1的表达水平相对较高 ,α5、β1亚基的表达与转移的关系不明显。结论 整合蛋白α5和 β1亚基的表达与癌变及癌细胞分化关系较密切 ,与癌细胞转移的关系不明显 ,与癌的类型有关。
Objective To study the correlation between the pattern of integrin α 5,β 1 subunit and clinicopathological data including tumor kind,differentiation and lymph node status.Methods Expression of integrin α 5,β 1 subunit were examined in 20 gastric carcinomas,21 colorectal carcinomas,20 uterocervical carcinomas and 20 breast carcinomas by immunohistochemical technique.Results Expression of integrin α 5,β 1 subunit in 4 kinds of tumor was similar,but the expression of α 5,β 1 subunit in colorectal carcinomas was higher than other three kinds of tumor.Expression of β 1 subunit and α 5 subunit was also different in the cancers of a kind.There were stronger staining in non cancerous areas and well differentiation cancer.The association between α 5,β 1 subunit and the metastasis was not significant.Conclusion Expression of integrin α 5,β 1 subunit is significantly associated with carcinogensis, differentiation and tumor kind,but not with metastasis.
