摘要
高等教育成本补偿政策是大众化时代针对高校的办学经费严重不足等情况提出的,但面对当今大学校园中"富人多,穷人少"的现象,反映出了成本补偿这一政策所带来的教育公平的问题,本文从这一现象入手,着重讨论了具体的解决办法。
The policy of college education cost compensation is aimed at the masses of serious shortage of funds,but in the face of the university campus＂ more the rich,less the poor＂,which reflects the costs compensation to the education fair.From this phenomenon,this article focused on specific solutions to it.
