摘要 目的调查不同层次实习护生对医疗风险的认知现状,分析目前存在的问题,为护理教育提供理论依据,提高实习护生对医疗风险的认知。方法采用自编问卷对447名不同教育层次护生进行问卷调查,内容包括对法律知识、医疗事故处理条例、护理相关规章制度及自我防护知识的认知情况调查。结果本科、专科和中专护生在医疗风险认知方面存在差异(P<0.05)。本科护生对医疗风险的认知较高,特别在法律知识、护理相关规章制度、自我防护知识三个方面,中专护生认知最低。结论医疗风险认知教育是护理教育的重要责任,注重学校理论知识与临床实践相结合,将医疗风险教育贯穿于学习的各个环节,从多角度、全方位提高实习护生对医疗风险的认知,保障医疗安全,提高医疗质量。 Objective :To investigate the cognition on medical risk in internship nursing students of different levels, analyze the existing problems, improve the cognition of medical risk in internship nursing students. Methods:Questionnaires were used in 447 internship nursing students of different educational levels, the content includes legal knowledge, medical accident treatment regulations, nursing - relevant rules and regulations, self - pro- tection knowledge. Results :There are significant differences in internship nursing students with different levels (P 〈 0.05 ). Undergraduate nursing students had higher cognition on medical risk, especially in the awareness of legal knowledge, nursing-related rules and regulations and selfprotection knowledge, technical secondary nursing students had the lowest results. Conclusion:Education on medical risk is an Important part in nursing education, and attaching importance on the school of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice, taking medical risk education into all aspects of nursing education, would helpful to improve the cognition on medical risk in students from multi- ple perspectives and all - roundly in order to ensure the health safety and improve the quality.
