城轨车辆用静止逆变电源装置设计研究

摘要 介绍了城市轨道电动车辆用静止辅助逆变电源装置的设计研究,静止逆变电源装置给城道车辆控制及辅助用电设备提供稳定的三相、单相交流和直流电源。该装置电路由主电路和控制电路两部分构成。对主电路构成、特点和工作原理进行了论述。主电路为斩波降压逆变型电路结构,主电路斩波器和逆变器选择用性能优良的电压控制型大功率电力电子器件IGBT模块作为功率开关。控制电路的核心为微机控制系统,其中CPU采用80C196KC 16位单片机,描述了控制系统电路设计及控制电路框图,控制系统软件流程及软件保护功能。给出了静止逆变电源装置主要电气性能试验内容及试验结果。实际应用表明该装置运行稳定、可靠,可完全满足城轨车辆运行的要求,具有广阔的市场应用前景。 This paper presents design and research of a statical inverter equipmemt used in city vehicle,Statical inverter equipmemt supply stable three phase /single phase AC power DC power for control and auxiliary electric devices of city vehicl,The equipmemt circuit is comprised of main circuit and control circuit.Discusses main circuit structure,properties and work principle.Main circuit structure is chopper and inverter circuit type,IGBT module-voltage control type power electronic devices of having fine properties are used for power switch in chopper circuit and inverter circuit.Microprocessor-control system is the core of control circuit that use 16bits single-chip 80C196KC as CPU.Describes control system circuit design and control circuit diagram,also control system program flow diagram and software protection functions.The paper is given electrical properties test contents and results of the statical inverter equipmemt.The practical application shows that the operation of the equipmemt is stable,reliable and it can completely meet city vehicle operation requirements,possess wide market application vistas.
