摘要
"农家书屋"工程是由政府统一规划、组织实施的一项惠及全国农民的重大工程。黄石"农家书屋"建设存在重视不够、建设资金缺乏、捐赠读物不能满足农民读者的需要、缺乏有效的监管机制等问题。地方高校图书馆应利用自身的人才优势、馆藏资源优势、设备和技术优势,不断推进"农家书屋"建设,积极引导"农家书屋"朝着健康、可持续的方向发展。
“ Rural Library” is a significant project which is all planned and implemented by the government, and will be beneficial for the farmers of the whole country. The construction of “Rural Library” in Huangshi City has many problems such as insufficient stress, the lack of fund, inadequate devoting reading material, ineffective supervision system, etc. The libraries of local colleges should make use of their superiorities in talents, library collection, equipment and technology to unceasingly promote the construction of “ Rural Li- brary” to a healthy and sustainable trend.
