摘要
乳酸菌是一种健康的、具有较高营养价值的新型高效益生素,可以替代抗生素和其他药物生产无药物残留的安全优质猪肉产品。试验选取60头三元杂交猪进行喂养试验,通过检测猪肉中的营养成分,研究饲喂植物源乳酸菌复合菌剂对生长猪猪肉品质的影响。结果表明,饲喂乳酸菌的猪肉蛋白质、氨基酸含量高于对照组,胆固醇含量、菌落总数低于对照组。
Lactobacillus is a new healthy, high efficiency probiotics ue, can substitute antibiotics and other drug and produce non -medicine safe pork products. 60 ternary -crossbred pigs were selected for feeding ence of Lactobacillus on meat quality of growing pork. The results show that the protein and amino tobacillus are higher than the control group , and with high nutritional val- residual, good - quality test, to study the influ- pigs by detecting nutritional ingredient in the acid content of experimental group cholesterol content, total bacterial feeding Lac- colonies are lower than the control group.
