摘要
通过问卷法和访谈法对惠州学院定向新疆籍学生学风情况进行调查研究,分析新疆班同学在人生目标、学习动力和自我管理能力等方面存在的问题,进而提出加强理想信念教育、推进生涯规划指导、加强师德建设和丰富校园文化等应对策略,以进一步加强学风建设,提升学生综合素质。
By questionnaires survey and investigation,this aritcle studies the learning conducts of the students from Xinjiang Province in Huizhou University.It specifically analyzes several problems existing in the Xinjiang Class,such as the specific aim in life,the motivation to learn,the ability of self-management.It proposes the following countermeasures： strengthening the students＇ idealology and faith education,advancing the plan on occupational career,building up the ranks of teachers,enriching the campus culture and strengthening the academic discipline education to improve the students comprehensive quality.
