摘要
旅游人才需求与旅游人才的培养脱节的主要原因,从旅游业的职业特点、旅游高职院校大学生的心理特征、实习对大学生职业素养养成的影响和旅游高职院校大学生实习工作的独特性,分析了旅游高职院校大学生内化职业素养的具体内涵和实习期开展内化职业素养培育的必要性问题。在此基础上,根据旅游高职院校大学生实习的阶段性特点,针对性地提出了实习不同阶段大学生的内化职业技能的培养目标和内容。
The meaning of professionalism and to develop laws,occupational characteristics from the tourism industry,tourism,the psychological characteristics of college students,internships for college students to develop professionalism and the impact of tourism training college students the unique nature of the work,analysis of college students travel within the specific meaning of professionalism and practice of professionalism within the period of training to carry out the necessity of the problem.On this basis,according to the travel characteristics of college students internship stage,puts forward the practice of university students in different stages of vocational skills training objectives and content.
