摘要
通过对我国户外运动安全事故的统计和分析,发现人为因素是造成安全事件的主要原因,同时户外运动的参与者和组织者的能力、部门监管和救援能力等因素严重影响户外运动安全。建议从户外的法律法规建设、安全教育系统、后勤保障系统出发,建立我国户外运动安全保障体系。
Based on the outdoor sports safety accident statistics and analysis,found that human factors are the main reasons causing security incident,and outdoor sports participants and organizers of capacity,department of factors such as the regulatory and rescue capability serious influence outdoor sports safety.Advice from outdoor laws and regulations construction,safety education system,logistics system,establish outdoor sports on security system of China＇s.
