不同手术方法治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效分析 被引量：11

摘要 随着社会的发展,人口寿命的延长,老年髋部骨折患者越来越多,但是在股骨颈骨折的治疗方法选择上仍然存在较大争议。国内文献对于内固定及关节置换的疗效缺乏长期大宗病例随访资料。我们对自1999—2007年收治手术治疗的70岁以上股骨颈骨折患者进行随访并进行回顾性分析,就治疗老年股骨颈骨折三种手术方法的疗效进行评价。1资料与方法1.1一般资料：自1999—2007年收治手术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折325例,年龄70～85岁,平均75.5岁,其中男185例,
