摘要
针对极寒地区超临界直接空冷机组冬季易冻结问题,国华呼伦贝尔电厂在机组建设阶段进行了主汽疏水及在第2、6逆流段增设真空系统温度测点及在蒸汽蝶阀后增设温度测点的技术改造。改造后经过-47℃环境温度下运行与-30℃环境温度下启、停检验,未发生冻结现象,防冻效果良好,为极寒地区超临界直接空冷机组防冻提供了借鉴。
Supercritical direct air cooling units for extreme cold regions in winter are easy to freeze. Technical revamp of main steam drain, adding vacuum temperature measuring point in No.2 and No.6 countercurrent segment and temperature measuring point after the addition of steam butterfly valves is carried out during unit construction phase of Guohua Hulunbeier Power Plant. After technical transformation, power units can operate in-47 ℃ ambient temperature normally, and can run start and stop in ambient temperature of-30 ℃ without any freezing phenomenon occurred. It provides successful experiences of antifreeze to supercritical direct air cooling units in extreme cold regions.
