摘要
高职院校的人才培养模式是人才培养的重要依据。目前,服务类高等职业院校人才培养模式应以《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》为指针,正确解决校企合作中的各种悖论,构建"三为一体""三师型"人才培养模式,即在理论与实践教育教学中以政府为指导,以企业为主导,以学校为载体的人才培养模式,并发挥政府导师、企业大师、学校教师"三师"的作用。
Talents＇ training mode in higher vocational colleges is the important basis. At present talents＇ training mode of service higher vocational colleges should take National Long-term Educational Reform and Developing Planning Outline （2010-2020） as guide. It can solve each paradox in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, establishing talents＇ training mode of ＂three for one＂ and ＂three-qualified teachers＂, which refers to talents＇ training mode with government as guide, enterprises as dominance and colleges as carrier in the teaching of theory and practice education. It also plays the function of three-qualified teachers, including government tutors, enterprise masters and college teachers.
