The recovery of oryzanol was researched by non polar solvent extraction method, results showed the method was feasible. The optimum processing parameters obtained by orthogonal experiment were:the pH for extraction was 8.5; the extra alkali for the second alkali refining was 60%; the solvent was benzene; the reserved acid value for the first alkali refining was 5.
