摘要 对探伤不合的钢板进行了统计分析和对比试验,找出导致钢板探伤不合格的原因。通过采取LF+RH双联工艺及铸坯、轧材缓冷等关键工艺技术,可以大大提高钢板探伤合格率。 Statistical analysis and contrast tests for the nonconforming plates in flaw detection were carried out, and the reasons inducing the non-conformance in flaw detection of plates were found out. Through using the key process techniques such as the LF+RH combined process and the slow cooling of billet and rolled products, the qualified rate in flaw detection of steel plates was increased greatly.
