摘要
基于MRO理念应用于客运专线固定设施运营维护模式的研究,以及对常规铁路养护维修问题的分析,阐述了MRO理念运用于客运专线固定设施的维修模式,并对该模式的应用方案及技术要点进行了评价,形成了以信息系统为基础,基于MRO理念的客运专线固定设施维修管理模式的规范化构想。
This article presents a study on the operation and maintenance of fixed equipment of passenger dedicated line （PDL） with application of MRO concept; It also analyzes the operation and maintenance problems and issues of traditional railway, and describes the maintenance mode of fixed equipment of PDL based on MRO concept and carries out studies on technical points and application scheme for such mode, thus the basic configuration of operation and maintenance model of fixed equipment based on MRO and information system has been established.
