摘要
随着图书馆提出"读者第一"的原则以来,读者满意度一直是各高校图书馆评价其服务的重要措施。为了进一步满足读者需求,许多高校图书馆陆续将样本书库对外开放,其意义和作用不容忽视,但是也带来了一系列的问题。因此,样本书库的服务和管理要与时俱进。
The reader satisfaction evaluation of the university library has been an important measure of its services with the library proposing ＂Readers First＂ principle.In order to further meet the needs of readers,many colleges and universities libraries open sample stack gradually and its significance can＇ t be ignored,but it also brings a range of issues.Therefore,the sample library services and management to the times.
