摘要
为了改变传统黄酒生产技术装备落后,生产效率低的现状,需要对发酵过程进行先进的控制和优化。根据黄酒发酵工艺的特点,设计了以LabVIEW为开发平台,结合PLC和各类传感器并应用MPI、RS-485总线通信协议,实现了黄酒发酵过程各参数的实时数据采集和控制。介绍了系统的整体结构和关键模块的实现。生产状况表明,该系统运行可靠稳定,能够满足黄酒发酵过程多参数自动控制的需要。
In order to improve rice wine of backward technical equipment,low labor productivity and yield.It urgently demands advanced control and optimization for fermentation process.Combining the characteristics of rice wine fermentation,this paper took LabVIEW as the development platform,combined with programmable logic controller(PLC) network and different sensors.It realized real-time data collection and control for the different parameters of fermentation process with the MPI and RS-485 serial bus communication protocol.Production station indicates that this system can operate reliably and stable.It meets the needs of multi-parameter rice wine fermentation automatic control.
