合成了负载型Fe3 + 732树脂催化剂 .研究Fe3 + 固载化前后活性变化及交换方法、酸洗、铁含量对苯羟化合成苯酚反应催化活性的影响 .发现采用酸洗、动态交换方法制备对催化活性提高最为有利 ,催化剂铁含量以每g干树脂含Fe 79.2 9mg左右为宜 ,最佳苯酚收率可高达
The supported Fe 3+ 732 resin catalyst was syntheized.Fe 3+ 732 resin has different activity from that of non suppoted 732 resin in this reactions.The influence on activity of catalyst in the reactions of benzene hydroxylation to phenol by exchange method,acid washing and iron content was investigated.As a result,the most favourable one in improving catalytic activity is using acid washing,dynamic exchange method.Optimal phenol yielding rate can reach about 77%.The iron content of catalyst is 79.29 mg per one gram dry resin.
